National Youth Grand Prix, Regional Qualifiers

We are glad to confirm the qualifiers this year will be one of the best attended, 28 players (one player in both age categories) making 29 entrants.

Many thanks for the counties for supporting this event.

There are 17 entrants in the U15, 12 in the U18.

4 players from the U15 will go to the Nationals, with 2 from the U18.

Groups will be played first, round robin, with the players split up as much as possible so they don’t play players from their own county.

Matches in the Round Robin will be off 5 frames, with all frames being played.

Groups will be sorted on matches won, then frames won, so all frames are important.

If there is still a tie, then the result between the players counts.

After the groups there will be play-offs for the National Spaces.

Registration is at 11am 16/08/08, and we want to get started asap after that.
