Inter-CountyInter-County
The Inter-County Format is set by the national body, the English Pool Association, but is run by the respective Regions. The minimum requirement to play in the Inter-County, subject to affiliation, is as follows:
- Men's 'A', Men's 'B' & Ladies
- Optional extras teams are: Men's C (No national event as yet) & Juniors
Each team consists of eleven players, playing a total of 44 frames in a match. The season is organised on a home and away basis, played throughout the year. The Champions of each respective section, earn the right to represent the Region at the National Finals, except the C-Team. Region 7 has six affiliated counties and all except one currently have all five of the above options. (Berkshire has no Junior Team)
